Welcome

Entrepreneurial parents who work from home

Hopefully this site has something to offer to all parents, but the focus is on parents who run their own business from home. Life is certainly never dull for those juggling multi-taskers, combining play dates and deadlines, meetings and strolls in the park.

This site offers information on a variety of topics relevant to work-at-home parents: how do you start up a business, keep abreast of new insights regarding education, run a household, earn money and stay sane in the process? If you click on the subject areas to the left you'll see that each section has a general page, a list of books and a list of links. The best things in life being free, there is a 'free downloads' section in which you can download small guides on a variety of topics as well as book summaries and inspiring profiles of seasoned work-at-home moms.

New on the site: Anna Johnson, mother to Marcello, is our new mom of the month. She has published serval books, including the lovely YUMMYMUMMYMANIFESTO (a book I believe every mom should have on her shelves) and is now editing a new book SAVVY CHIC: THE ART OF MORE FOR LESS, which shall come out in May with Harper Collins USA.

About us

My name is Anne-Marijn Küthe. On becoming a mother, I discovered the cliché is true: children truly change your life. After my son Thomas was born I turned my professional life around and started to work at home. It's a decision I have never regretted. It's an option I wish on every parent.
